- Forest Electric - Data/Com & Fiber Installations - prepared project schedules to sustain focus on critical path tasks, their related manpower requirements and associated deliveries necessary to complete the project.

- OD&P - Commercial Construction - developed a master resource plan to help anticipate and analyze internal PM workload, in addition to many other individual project schedules.

- Ahearn-Holtzman - Commercial Construction - developed project schedules to help Ahearn track the critical construction activities at multiple telecommunications facilities.

- Designline Construction - Retail Dining Construction - trained employees to use the master plan developed by Schedule Solutions to manage up to 30 concurrent projects.

- AT&T - Web Hosting - scheduled AT&T’s design, construction, and installation related activities at their 811 10th Ave, NYC Web Hosting Facility.

- Lucent – Telecommunications - created planning tools track and accelerate the design, engineering and manufacture of telephone switch equipment.

- Deloitte - Real Estate Portfolio Management – perform program management services to track project design and construction activities at all 200+ locations accounting for over 6 million square feet of tenant space. All lease option milestones are integrated into to the plan.

- ABB - Utility Engineering - designed a resource tracking master plan that allowed ABB’s operations group to analyze resource requirements across the entire organization. We also designed a link to a timesheet application that allowed ABB to capture actual man-hours against scheduled tasks.

- Hoffmann-LaRoche – Pharmaceutical – implemented a process and tool-set to forecast resource and personnel needs for their global Pre-Clinical Studies groups.

- Qwest - Web Hosting - helped Qwest use detailed project plans to monitor and expedite all project design, construction, and installation related activities at their 111 8th Ave, NYC Web Hosting Facility.

- American Bridge - Transportation Construction -developed and maintained a cost loaded schedule which enabled American Bridge to earned value reports and accelerate their payment requisition process.
